Possibility of Returning Products within 30 Days
The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without having to state a reason. In this case, he is obliged to return the products to the seller at his own expense.
Procedure for Returning Purchased Products
The Buyer can notify the seller of the cancellation via a return form or a clear statement sent to info@nutralita.com.

Purchased products must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days from the date the cancellation notice was sent. The items must be undamaged, in their original packaging and in the same quantity, unless they are damaged or lost through no fault of the buyer.
If the package with the ordered products is damaged during delivery, the buyer should not accept it without confirmation from the carrier of the damage, in order to be able to initiate a complaint.

A completed return form must be enclosed with the returned products. Also, for a complaint, it is necessary to send pictures of the box, the label on the package and all received products.
We recommend sending the package by registered mail with a delivery receipt to avoid loss of the shipment. The delivery receipt and the name of the carrier must be submitted to info@nutralita.com.
Refund
The seller will refund the buyer the full purchase price or the price of the returned products no later than 14 days after receiving the return at the Nutralita warehouse. The refund is made to the account from which the payment was made or to the one specified by the buyer in the return form.
Wrong or Damaged Products in the Package?
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please send an e-mail to info@nutralita.com within 8 days of receiving the package. In the message, please provide details, order number and attach pictures of the box, label and all products received. After verification, you will be informed about the possibility of replacement.
Missing Products in the Package?
If a product is missing from the delivered package, please contact us at info@nutralita.com within 8 days. Please send the order number and pictures of all products received, the box and the delivery service label so that we can arrange delivery.
Requests will only be considered if all the above conditions are met.
